- JOB DESCRIPTION:
2.1. Team performance management:
– Achieve personal sales targets.
– Lead the team to achieve group goals.
– Achieve customer satisfaction for team members.
2.2. Make sales plans and monitor and propose business solutions.
– Create a sales plan consistent with the company’s product portfolio and propose business solutions.
– Guide team members to plan and coordinate to develop action plans to penetrate new markets.
2.3. Ensuring compliance and operational efficiency:
– Strictly comply with company principles and policies and guide team members in their implementation.
– Improve organizational capacity and working efficiency of team members.
– Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
– Report on time.
2.4. Improve the capacity of yourself and your employees:
– Plan training for team members to develop skills and knowledge necessary for sales and order fulfillment activities.

- REQUIREMENTS:
– Men and Women aged 25 to 35.
– Graduated from University or higher.
