Responsibilities:
– In charge of organizing the work of the accounting department: General management, human resource management, payment management, tax declaration, invoice issuance, cost accounting, administrative costs, and other expenses other
– In charge of synthesizing accounting reports: Management reports, tax reports, declarations
– Participate in building working procedures and regulations, and propose process-related issues for improvement
High working efficiency.
– Evaluate the department’s personnel capacity, appoint and rotate positions of personnel in the department
– Take overall responsibility for tasks within the scope of the accounting department. Representative working with tax authorities, inspection teams, state agencies, and partners on issues in the field of accounting
– Report work and perform other tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
– Graduated from university majoring in Accounting/Corporate Finance/Auditing
– Male/Female, ages 28 to 35 years old.
– Be proficient in office computer
– Intermediate level English (reading comprehension, writing emails, basic communication with partners)
– Being required to have a chief accountant certificate and 1 year or more experience in a general accounting position. Have management experience. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the Logistics/Forwarder field.
