Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
– Responsible for managing and building recruitment channels: Personal channels, social network channels, website recruitment channels,…
– Recruit personnel according to approved recruitment requirements of departments.
– Report results, outstanding problems and propose solutions to achieve recruitment goals;
2. C&B
– Review timekeeping, support C&B in the field of insurance, employee benefits…
– Develop other regimes for employees such as health checks, company trips…
3. Internal communication
– Communication works according to the Company’s strategy for each stage
4. Training and development
– Training personnel according to procedures
– Propose personnel training programs such as cultural training, skills training, foreign languages…
Requirements:
– Graduated from at least University, majoring in Human Resource Management and Economics
– Male/Female, ages 20 to 28 years old.
– Be proficient in office computer.
– Basic English level (reading comprehension, writing emails to partners)
– Minimum experience is 01 year in the same field
– Responsibility at work, agility, sociability, creativity, positive energy
