Responsibilities:
– Find new customers, maintain and expand new services for current customers in the fields of Sea Freight, Air Transport, and Domestic Transport.
– Make plans for customers, contact departments within the company and other relevant suppliers to get reservations and process goods.
– Prepare quotes and update ship schedules for customers.
– Check all terms in the contract, ensure all terms are according to Vietnamese law and company policy.
– Supervise and track the progress of the shipment.
– Report to customers about the results of the shipment. Save records, documents, and periodic reports according to regulations.
– Other tasks are assigned directly by management.
– Ready to perform tasks or work related to management analysis.
Requirements:
– Gender: Male or Female
– Age: 21 – 35
– Graduated from College/ University, majoring in Logistics, transportation, economics, Customs, etc.
– Priority is given to candidates with 1 year of experience.
– Can use Office informatics; basic English
– Kind, dynamic, creative, able to withstand pressure.
